Are these reviews real?

Yes. Every review on this page comes from a real person who either bought a DMCI Homes unit through Kris Chavez, or confirmed ownership of their email address before it was published. What is the difference between Verified Client and Verified Email?

Verified Client means Kris sent that person a one-time review link directly, so he can personally vouch that they are a client of his. Both are real people; the first is a stronger claim, so it is labelled differently rather than blurred together.

Can Kris delete a bad review?

He can remove spam, abuse, fake submissions and anything containing personal or contact details — and he can publicly reply to any review. A genuine critical review from a real client is not removed. A wall of nothing but five stars tells a buyer far less than a business that answers criticism.
