Every studio in North Tower is taken. That happens with the entry unit on almost every project — it goes first. So here are the two options that are actually available, computed in full, with nothing left out.
One is cheaper. One you can move into now. Both use the same terms: 12% downpayment spread over 36 months, ₱30,000 reservation, 1% discount applied.
South Tower — Studio
North Tower — 2 Bedroom
That's the whole decision. For about seven thousand pesos a month more, you go from a 30 sqm unit finishing in late 2027 to a finished 54.5 sqm two-bedroom you can move into this month.
🔑 Option B only — you may not need the full downpayment first
Complete just 4 months of downpayment, then move in and rent while the rest of your balance is processed.
Minimum 6-month lease. Up to 6 months of free association dues depending on lease length. This window closes 30 September — it's a dated DMCI memo, not a sales line.
What happens next
- Tell me which one you're leaning toward — or tell me your budget and I'll tell you which one fits.
- I'll check live availability on the specific floors and views you want. Unit prices vary by floor and facing; the figures above are the lowest available in each type.
- We reserve with ₱30,000. That holds the unit while your documents are prepared.
- Documents — valid IDs, proof of income, TIN. I'll walk you through the whole list.
No pressure and no rush from me. If neither of these is right, I'd rather tell you that than sell you the wrong unit.
